Winter / Spring Camps!

Let your kids climb our walls, not yours! We offer full and half-day options from 8am-3pm (aftercare until 5pm upon request). Pick and choose days that work for you! Activities include rock climbing, indoor and outdoor group games, arts and crafts, and even kids yoga. Registration is now open and is first come, first served!

We follow the DVUSD, PVUSD, NCS (Northwest Christian School), NVCA (North Valley Christian Academy) School Break Calendars, but if you’re in a different district with different break dates and would like us to explore offering additional camp dates, please let us know. We would be happy to accomodate! We would need a minimum of 5 kids, so please email us so we can get a plan going!

When emailing, please let us know:

  • the dates you are requesting.

  • whether full day (8am-3pm), morning half day (8am-12pm) or afternoon half day (11am-3pm)

  • whether aftercare is needed (3-5pm at $10/hour per child).

  • whether your child will be bringing their lunch or you would like us to provide lunch

  • whether there are any dietary restrictions or medical conditions we need to be aware of

  • whether you have uploaded a card on file in our Customer Portal and would like us to use it (must provide last 4 digits)

FAQs

  • We welcome climbers age 4 - 15 and separate them by age group.

  • Morning drop off starts at 7:45am where kids are welcomed into our game room. Their first activity begins at 8:15am.

    Afternoon Half Day drop-off is anytime after 11:00am.

    Morning Half Day pickup is anytime before 12pm.

    Full Day / Afternoon pickup is at 3:00pm, or anytime before.

    After Care is available until 5pm for $10/hour per child.

    Outside games include dodgeball in a large 20’x40’ event tent that is evap cooled and located in our gated back lot. Other outdoor games include Sprout Tag, 9 Square in the Air, and Basketball, etc.

  • Please bring a refillable water bottle as we have a bottle filler with cold refreshing filtered water.

    Wear athletic clothing and closed toed shoes (for outside games)

    Please bring your lunch, unless we are providing it for $7/day.

    You’re welcome to bring your own snacks in addition to the snacks we provide throughout the day.

    Please email us if there are any Food Allergies, Dietary Restrictions or Medical Conditions we should know about. You can remind us at the check-in table too.

  • Snacks are provided in the morning and afternoon. Kids choose from rice krispie bars, fruit snacks and granola bars.

    Lunch time is from 11:15 am - 12:00 pm

    Kids can bring their own lunch or we can provide lunch for $7/day.

    Example of our lunch from Costco: Turkey/Ham sandwiches with Tillamook cheese, optional mayo and mustard served with apple sauce packet, oranges, yogurt, cheese sticks, potato chips, as well as any of the previous snacks chewy bars, fruit snacks and rice krispie bars .

    You can bring $7 cash or we can run your card on file for the $7 lunch.

  • Full Day sessions are from 8:00am - 3:00pm (doors open at 7:45am)

    Aftercare until 5 pm is available upon request for an additional $10/hour.

    Lunch and Games are from 11:15-12:00pm

    Morning Half Day sessions are from 8:00am - 12:00pm

    To receive discounts, please call or email. Please do not purchase your passes online yourself if you’d like the discounts applied. A staff member needs to manually add the discount for you.

  • Please have your dates confirmed by a staff member before purchasing. When we see passes purchased online, we will try to reach out to you and explore which dates you’d like to apply those passes.

    Unused summer camp passes will not roll over to future camps and will expire at the end of Summer. Thank you for helping us stay organized!

  • If you happen to get lucky and space allows for your child’s age group, then yes. But ideally, you are registering ahead of time. And your registration is complete when payment is made. Our camps are first come, first served, and we unfortunately have to turn away families when we are full.

  • Please provide an email with at least a 14 day notice to request changes (adding days, changing days or upgrading from half days to full days).

    If you need to cancel certain date(s), please provide alternate date(s) that you would be interested in.

    Registering for our Youth Camps are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our camps are staffed appropriately and supplies purchased based on how many kids are registered. Please know we will try to be flexible with changing days when space allows.

    Our camps are first come first served with a cap at 30 kids per day and will offer a waiting list. When we say yes to you, we say no to other families when camps are full. Please understand this principle when registering.

READY TO SIGNUP?

For first time visitors, the next step would be to create an account through our customer portal. You would create your parent profile first, then add your children and then sign the waiver on their behalf. If you are receiving discounts, please email after creating your accounts. You can also add a “card on file” and give permission over email for us to use that card to apply discounts and complete your registration payment for you.

If you would like to purchase your pass online, and you have received confirmation that space is available, and no discounts are applicable, then you can click our “Purchase a Pass” tab.

 
 


Then scroll down to YOUTH CAMPS and select the option that best suits your family and then assign the pass to your child. Then checkout with payment and provide us an email that you have purchased your pass so we can complete your registration on our end.
